Most non personalized orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized items may take up to 3 to 5 business days before shipment and International orders take 1 week.
Express and rush shipping is available at additional cost.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges All sales are final. We will, however, gladly replace any product that arrives damaged or defective (this covers manufacturers defects and damages to the product and does NOT cover engraving or quality satisfaction). If an engraving error is made by us we will also replace it free of charge. Request for refund/exchange must be made within seven days of receipt of items.
