How do I Return or Exchange an Item?
Not satisfied with an item? We want to make the return process as easy as possible so to get an exchange or refund you simply have to email us at info@cellphoneflasks.com. We will reply promptly to schedule your return or exchange. Items shipped with free shipping that are returned may be subject to additional shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error. Orders shipped via free shipping or any other shipping promotion and returned may be subject to regular shipping charges.
Special Order / Personalized Items
Any defective or broken item will be replaced within 45 days of delivery even personalized items. Please double check your engraving or personalization text before submitting your order, it will be printed exactly as you submit it.
Broken items/Defective Items
Unfortunately not all people are as careful with packages as we would like, we do our best to protect items but they sometimes get broken during shipping. However we do want to help you with your broken item and we will even replace it for free in most cases. You just need to report the damage to us within 15 days of arrival.
